How to import your Booking.com earnings reports

NOTE: This is a manual process for bringing in a large amount of historical sales from Booking.com. In the future we plan to offer a more automated solution. In the mean time, we recommend importing your sales on a weekly or monthly basis.

Import your Booking.com sales reports in 5 quick steps

Let gets those Booking.com reports into Affilimate 💪

Start by logging in to the Booking.com affiliate portal in your web browser.

Step 1. Under "Performance" click on "Individual Bookings"

Step 2. Change the timeframe to be for the last 12 months

And then push the "Update" button to update the list of individual bookings.

Step 3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and push "Download CSV" button

You'll see a file called "data.csv" appear in the Downloads section of your browser.

Step 4. Change tabs to Affilimate's "Performance" page and drag the file into the gray dropzone

Step 5. Review your sales and then press "Upload # sales from 1 report"

You made it!

Here are a few ideas of what to do next:

1. Look at frequently canceled properties and see if you should replace them in your posts, or provide alternatives.
   
   
2. Learn which properties are earning you the highest commissions by sorting the Sales table by the "Amount" column. See if you can write dedicated posts about those locations.
   
   
3. Learn how much you've earned from a specific property by searching for all sales with a specific word in the product name. The sales total and chart will adjust based on your search, too!
