How to add multiple websites on Amazon

To track commissions on multiple websites, there's two steps:

  1. Add your website to your Amazon profile
  2. Create unique tracking IDs
  3. Associate Tracking IDs with Websites using Label Rules

Step 1. Add your website to your Amazon profile

Go to your Your Associates Account settings and add additional websites to the list of Your Websites.

Step 2. Create unique tracking IDs

Amazon doesn't explicitly support creating different URLs for different websites.

Rather, you will need to create unique Tracking IDs which both encompass the information about which website the sale came from and which piece of content it was.

For example, using this pattern:

your-website-name, e.g. knittingisfun

blog-post-name, e.g. knitting-101

Which results in a combined tracking ID such as:

knittingisfun-knitting-101

Step 3. Associate Tracking IDs with Websites using Label Rules

Then, you'll want to create Label Rules in order to connect incoming sales to websites and pages in Affilimate.
